Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed and created by Bridge to Knowledge Proprietary Limited (“B2K”) for a client in respect of any documents, including but not limited to, the corporate profile of B2K, the foundational credit training programme, the case study credit programme, the large corporate credit analysis, the financial statement analysis credit programme, reports, templates and methodology shall become the property of B2K unless such information is readily available in the public domain. Save for a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable copyright licence in favour of a client and/or a third party, all other intellectual property developed or created by B2K while rendering advisory services, consultations, technical support and training services shall remain the property of B2K, unless such intellectual property is specifically assigned by way of a separate deed of assignment in favour of a client and/or a third party.

B2K or any of its respective affiliates, representatives, partners, directors, officers, employees, advisers or agents (the “Representatives”) do not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of, or makes any representation or warranty or gives any undertaking, express, implied or tacit, with respect to the information and any opinions contained in this document or information on which this document is based or with respect to any other information or opinion made available or to be made available, whether in written or oral or other format, to any recipient.
